CRA RESIDENCE

The plot is located in a quiet newly built neighborhood, on a hill, with uninterrupted view of the valley and the mountains of Kornos. The comprehensible needs – requirements of the owners, led to a modern house design without architectural “hyperbola”, without reducing both the functionality and the aesthetics of the residence. The ground floor and the first floor face the view, creating a backyard, protected from the prying eyes of the neighbors, enjoying the panoramic view.

The outdoor covered space that is directly related to the living room and the kitchen, can be used throughout the year. The powerful architectural elements of the residence, are the three concrete columns which surround the space.
