LVP RESIDENCES

The design of those two private residences in a linear plot was a challenge, due to the plot’s very narrow façade.

The first residence is situated in the south part of the plot and the second one, in the north part. They are connected with cantilever beams, creating a communal courtyard in between. The two residences, that will house two young couples, are designed in such a way as to ensure their privacy.

Each residence has a different layout, in order to cover the specific needs and style of each family, but the general aesthetic of the complex features the same architectural desing princibles and styling, as well as both residences utilize similar construction materials for a seamless visual experience.
